User Accounts: Create accounts with accurate info. You’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us of unauthorized use.

User Conduct:

  • Post truthful, non-infringing content (e.g., resumes, job queries).
  • No spam, harassment, illegal activities, or impersonation.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

Intellectual Property: The Site’s content (e.g., logos, text) is our property or licensed to us. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submitted content (e.g., profiles) for Site purposes. Do not scrape or copy without permission.

Job Postings and Services: We facilitate connections but are not employers. Listings are user/employer-provided—we do not endorse them. Paid features (e.g., premium subscriptions) are non-refundable unless specified.

Termination: We may terminate access anytime for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends.

Disclaimers and Limitations: See our Disclaimer for details. Liability is limited to $100 or fees paid (whichever greater).

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes resolved in New York courts.

Changes: We may amend Terms—updates posted here with notice. Continued use accepts changes.
